The Guest Experience Management App designed specifically for the hospitality industry.
The GEMapp is for managers on the move, who prefer to access their data via a mobile application. This app allows managers to browse and drill into your guest visit reports, see comments behind ratings, view league tables and basic graphs.
Using this app managers can quickly identify their current strengths and weaknesses and use the insight to help drive continuous improvement in their business.
This app is for business users (a separate app for mystery guests is in development!).
