Widget is supposed to be used as a button to turn on/off flashlight. Tap on widget to turn on/off flashlight.

WARNING! To complete installation process you should drag the widget on the screen. Just long-press a blank available space on your screen, touch the Widgets option from the menu that pops up and drag required widget on the screen.
