At CrazyStrength, we believe that getting stronger should be made as simple as possible and the way we built our apps follow that same belief.
The app was designed for members in our community to track their workouts on their mobile device and synchronise them with their online training log. You do not need to be a CrazyStrength member to use our mobile app but you can sign-up and get your own training for free at crazystrength.com/community!
Here at CrazyStrength, we know how difficult it can be to keep motivated while training - that's why we built our community! I believe that you must always keep a training log. Why? Because when you look back at your training for the past year, you can see how far you've come. Trust me, this will really motivate you. Whether you don't log your workouts right now or write some notes in a notepad, the CrazyStrength mobile app will be a great training tool for you. Especially considering it can be used in parallel with our fantastic community boasting hundreds of knowledgeable lifters. And all completely free of charge!

We modified the Workout History interface to now display as a calendar! The days with workouts will be highlighted dark blue, and the current date will be marked with an orange box.
We added a workout timer feature as well. The timer sounds 2 tones: 1 at a warning time before the timer expires, and one when the timer expires. Both settings are configurable in the App settings, as well as a feature to turn the timer on and off.
