For Android Pie (9 +) users. If failed to download CPG:
a) Go to phone Settings
b) App
c) Click All App / Show System (from dropdown setting if applicable)
d) Download Manager
e) Click Storage
f) Clear Cache
g) Try to download the documents again
h) This problem may recur, and you may need to repeat the above steps in the future.
