You can do all of this with the Colliers Toowoomba Residential Rentals App!

To submit a Maintenance Request, you must categorise your request:

- Water

- Gas/Heating

- Electrical

- Outdoor; or

- Indoor or Cosmetic

Once you have selected your category, follow the prompts and enter in further Description of the issue, as well as add any photographic documentation to the request. Simple and fast!

We will then receive an email to our office to ensure your request is dealt with promptly. No more worrying about having to call about that leaking tap during work, or fill out that pesky maintenance form at the agencies office.

You can also access information about your Tenancy, including viewing example Forms you may come into contact with throughout your lease.

The information you can view includes:

- Vacating

- Renewing

- Inspections

- Bonds

- Smoke Alarms; and

- Breaches

We discuss your responsibility in each of these areas – so that you can view this quickly and easy.
