AuthAnvil SoftTokens do NOT need the capabilities of the phone to function. Even when in "airport mode", AuthAnvil SoftTokens will continue to generate OTPs that can be used both online, and offline. Prerequisites:

In order to use AuthAnvil SoftTokens, your company must have purchased the AuthAnvil Strong Authentication Server (SAS) along with AuthAnvil SoftToken keys. Once installed, an administrator can automatically provision your account to allow you to activate and associate your device as a valid AuthAnvil SoftToken.
