关于Angle Error
使用角度和距离来计算垂直长度。
这可以在一个计算器在大约10秒来实现，但是这恰恰使得它更容易一些。输入角度，分，秒和以米的距离。可以计算在米或毫米与0-8小数误差，舍入方法也可以改变。文本框是空白的被当作零。
