“CMI Global,” this smartphone app, offers support to the members of Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) on the go by helping them remain in the CMI digital loop. It offers information on the CMI with a brief history, timeline, and statistics, basic information on the members (both living and deceased), CMI houses and institutions (with contact details), and various occasions to be celebrated (like birthdays, feast days, anniversaries of profession and priestly ordination) to strengthen their CMI communion. One of the highlights of the “CMI Global” is the information it offers on the daily Holy Mass readings, both in Syro-Malabar and Latin rites. A section on CMI Prayers will be added soon to help the CMIs on the go to be in communion with the Divine Master. This mobile app also works as an interactive searchable Directory of CMI presence around the world integrated with Google Map.
