Competency Led Evaluation Analysis Reporting (CLEAR) is a software application developed by the Peak Pacific Group to help airlines and aviation training organisations automate the business processes of training and evaluating crew members. The web based and tablet versions of the application help the user to:

• Reduce human intervention thus making the process less prone to errors
