As an employer, tracking who is available for work is shown on one page. Creating custom groups of people insures only those you’ve chosen are shown on your lists. It’s like having your own personal callboard!

• The heart of the app for those who are available for hire. This is a simple calendar to indicate which days you are available. Touch a date to change its color. Green means you’re available; red means you’re not. That’s all!

GROUPS

• If you are looking for people to hire, you begin by creating groups of members whose availability you want to keep track of. Here you can search the membership database and select members to include in your groups.

• If someone you are looking for isn’t yet a member of Clark’s Callboard, it’s easy to send them a message from here inviting them to join.

GROUP CALENDAR

• Any group you’ve created can be monitored using this calendar. The number of group members available for each day is clearly indicated.

• A list shows who’s available each day. Touch a name to reveal their contact info. Touch their phone number to call them. Mission accomplished!
