CiOLVE enables collaborative and transparent engagement between communities and residents to promote citizen participation in building happier connected communities. CiOLVE app is not specific to any city. The app can be used to report on cities around the world. The app automatically resolves the location and sends the report to the appropriate city.

CiOLVE app allows users to report an issue, alert an emergency or simply share information about their community by speaking into it. It automatically captures the user’s voice as transcribed text and the GPS location as part of the report making it easy to create a report. The app also allows the user to capture pictures to add more information to the report.

CiOLVE app is directly integrated to the CiOLVE.com web site where the user can track the reports as well as engage in a dialogue with the community by voting on and commenting on reports. This app can be used for reporting a variety of issues ranging from potholes, broken street lights, graffiti or garbage to emergency notifications.
