CEMOS Advisor makes good CLAAS combine operators even better. This optimization aid for smartphones helps the operator make adjustments even more efficiently.

The default values in the crop log for CLAAS combine harvesters provide a useful average for almost all harvesting conditions, but they can be optimized based on crop conditions. The CEMOS Advisor app gives the operator recommendations for optimizing the machine settings during the harvest and can be used with the LEXION model series. The app guides the operator through the configuration and improves performance through incremental adjustments.

The optimization takes place in three stages:

• A problem is detected during the harvest, i.e. high losses

• CEMOS Advisor makes a logical suggestion in terms of settings

• The operator adjusts the settings on the machine, checks the results and, if necessary, asks for another suggestion.

As soon as your machine is optimized, you can save your machine settings in the app and call them up again if required.

CEMOS Advisor also includes a calculation tool for loss analysis.
