When you see which car you like, just make the required booking deposit and if you change your mind, we can refund your deposit in full 3-5 working days after 48 hours (from the time of booking). You can book more than one test drive, until you get a car that you are satisfied with.

2. Test drive to get the feel: After booking the car you like, our staff will contact you back to confirm your selection, time or let us park the car for a test drive at home and location that convenience you are most. Just select the CARS24 service center or the desired location from our designated service area. We will meet you there with the car of your choice in a heartbeat!

3. Home delivery service or self-pick-up: As soon as you have made your payment and have concluded the required paper works with our Customer Relationship Manager, we will take care of the rest of the process of registering the car for you. You can select our home delivery service or pick up your car in person at a CARS24 service center near you as well.
