The visionary of "That Cake Lady" is Mrs. Russell whom was given this as a ministry in 1997 to do kingdom work by providing her unique talents and gifts of cake decorating/baking and design along with feeding into the lives of engaged/soon to be married couples. This allowed God's work to be done through her to evangelize/minister the basic foundations of marriage and marriage God's way."
