The SONIC Wacky App®, owned by SONIC Capital LLC, is committed to providing a safe, fun environment for kids and their families. The SONIC Wacky App® encourages families to enhance their SONIC experience through the app, but realizes that the opportunity for kids to use apps unsupervised is a potential reality. Parents and guardians of kids who visit the SONIC Wacky App® can be assured that any personal information provided to this site will be collected and maintained in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
