Samsung SLEEPsense is an under-the-mattress sleep monitor that tracks your sleep through the SLEEPsense app on your smartphone. Track your nightly sleep statistics and review your overall sleep score, average heart and respiratory rates each morning, with tips and recommendations on how to improve your sleep. SLEEPsense works with the Samsung SmartThings family, as well as Samsung Smart TVs, allowing you to customize your sleep environment.

Using patented technology by EarlySense, Samsung SLEEPsense monitors your sleep cycles, delivering a wide range of data to your smartphone in real time. It measures and analyzes your heartbeat, breathing pattern, and movements during the night. You can then wake up to your unique sleep score. Understand how long it took you to fall asleep, and how long you were in REM or deep sleep stages. Then compare your sleep score to previous days’ results and to others’ scores in your age range. The SLEEPsense app also delivers personalized tips and recommendations for healthier sleep, diet, and exercise based on your data.

Pair with Samsung SmartThings Products for Better Sleep:

Use SLEEPsense with Samsung SmartThings devices, plus hundreds of other compatible devices, to customize and improve your sleeping environment. For example, pair SLEEPsense with the Samsung SmartThings Outlet to program lights to turn off when you go to bed. Or use SLEEPsense with your smart thermostat (sold separately) to automatically adjust the room temperature for a more restful sleep. SLEEPsense also works with Samsung Smart TVs, allowing you to automatically turn off the TV as you drift off.
