This app is initially aimed at easing the process of medical consultation, to help doctors and health professionals get the right information quickly, especially when a family member is in a medical emergency.

The ability to track personal health factors and health goals was added, since leading a healthy lifestyle is a major factor to one's well-being.

Usage:

Once installed, the app will prompt you to set your own password. You can then add your family's and your own health records.

The app needs to write permissions for its own database.
