BoxTimer Pro: Round & Interval

Boxing Timer is the professional round timer built for boxers, kickboxers, and combat sport athletes who train by the clock. Set your rounds, rest, and warm-up phases exactly like in the gym, then let the bell keep you honest while you focus on your workout.

CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT

Pick a ready-made template — Beginner, Amateur, Pro, or HIIT Boxing — or build your own custom workout with your own round count, round length, rest time, and warning beep. Save it, reuse it, or share it with a training partner using a simple import code.

TRAIN WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOUR PHONE

A clear bell sound and warning tone mark every round, rest, and get-ready phase, with optional vibration so you always know where you are, even with the screen off. The background timer keeps running while your phone is locked or in your bag.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Every boxing session is logged automatically: total rounds, total training time, current streak, and longest streak. Set a weekly training goal and watch your history build session after session.

STAY CONSISTENT

Schedule training reminders for the days and times that work for you, so skipping a session takes an active decision, not just forgetting.
