Participants come to fast and detoxify, enabling the body to heal itself from different diseases and also break bad habits.

After great results from water based fasting retreats, Redeem Health now also offers a complete juice detox program that also focuses on giving you knowledge to help you adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle. In this program, our signature Plant-based juice smoothies and soups are offered and complemented by wellness, fitness activities and educational workshops to help you revitalize yourself, rejuvenate, get Fitter and lose weight.
