NotifyHook

NotifyHook is a local notification automation utility that forwards user-selected notification events to user-owned webhook endpoints.

Pick which apps and keywords trigger a rule, point it at a webhook URL you control, and NotifyHook sends a JSON payload over HTTPS whenever a matching notification arrives. It's built for automation, home labs, monitoring, and personal integrations.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No cloud backend and no developer servers — data goes only to the endpoints you configure.

• No location and no telephony identifiers.

• Auth headers, tokens, and signing secrets are stored only in encrypted local storage.

• Event logs are automatically scrubbed of credentials.

• Offline and failed deliveries are queued and retried with exponential backoff.

NotifyHook requires Notification Access, which you grant in system settings and can revoke at any time. Notifications can contain sensitive data — you choose exactly what is forwarded and where.
