Along with macro-nutrient salad(s), hot soul food, acai bowls, nourish bowls, plant-based desserts and ethical take home meals to nourish your body and feel guilt free with each bite!

With our food scientist team , each meal has been prepared for the fitness industry, health conscious and people wanting to ensure they are getting a balanced diet.

Our barista bar has all your amazing aromatic coffee selection with wellness inspired options such as beet latte, mushroom latte, chai, naturopath blended teas, cacao antioxidant hot chocolates and bone broth frothies!
