The working principle is that the waiter through the Android device creates an order and sent those order to the server. Order is received by the server, stored and printed on the appropriate printer (for example, food is printed on the printer in the kitchen and drink is printed at the bar printer). Appropriate desk becomes occupied by the waiter. If the table is already busy (it has ordered items from before) then new ordered items are simply added to the desk. Blue POS also provide options to get all open tables from the system and financial report (those options can be allowed or not allowed in the control center of Blue POS register settings). Using remote order saves lots of time, gives much faster work and provides better service to the guest.
