Hangouts or XMPP tool to create auto-reply service

It is small and useful tool, which can create a service to auto-reply all incoming hangouts and xmpp chat messages. It also supports auto firing when specific device is connected via Bluetooth. This feature is very suitable for drivers, who has any Bluetooth devices in their cars. You just select BT-device to trigger service up and when it will be connected, service will fire up automatically and stop when device will be disconnected.
