Update the firmware on Zentri AMS00x (Bobcat) Bluetooth Low Energy modules

BLE OTA enables you to update the ZentriOS firmware running on Zentri AMS00x (Bobcat) Bluetooth Low Energy modules.

Using an Over-the-Air (OTA) update method, the module can be updated to use the latest firmware, or a specific version.
