Backpicker

Back Picker is a culmination of experiences living, travelling and working in 4 states ( VIC, NT, QLD, WA ) across many industries ( Construction, Mining & Farming ).

Growing up in Sunraysia and playing football with many farmers and business owners allowed me to understand that a shortage of labor was a universal problem.

Working with migrant and travelling workers also allowed me to realise that there was a problem with the way workers searched for employment.

Although we have many ideas on how Back Picker should function we will work closely with our users to develop a product that will streamline the registration process between employer and employee.

What we will need from farmers:

Register and create a free account.

Create position and post job.

Shortlist applicants & fill positions.

Return detailed feedback on any improvements we can make.

Respect each other and conduct ethical business practices.

We will use your feedback for future updates.

All information & data received by users will not be shared with anyone only be used to improve our service.
