There's also a stopwatch for sleep time, so you can conveniently press start when you fall asleep and press stop when you wake up.

The APP helps you to keep track. Log a week for a targeted evaluation of your baby's sleep.

Make comments about the times and then have the log evaluated by a professional. You can select the sleep advisor in the app.

### What is a sleep consultation?

With a sleep consultation, we create a framework in which the sleep problems of babies (from 6 months) and small children (up to 36 months) can be discussed confidentially. The causes for certain sleeping behavior are explored in order to finally work on them together. We set your personal goal for the healthy sleep of your child.
