The AX Fund was founded in 2006 to strengthen the company's long-term commitment to charitable giving. AX Fund focuses on social mobility in underserved communities and has active partnerships with charities in the countries where our team operates.

The AX Fund aims to make a meaningful difference in the communities in which we work and live, and to support the individual volunteer and corporate philanthropy activities of the global AX Foundation team.

AX Fund is managed by parent company Apax Partners, which has been operating since the 1970s. In recent years, the company has stepped up its synergy strategy, followed by the launch of the Apax Mid-market Israel Opportunities Fund, the Apax Global Alpha (listed on the main board of the London Stock Exchange in 2015) and the Apax Digital Fund, the company's first digital-focused fund to be launched. focuses on minority and majority growth technology equity investments.
