Thanks for getting involved. Remember that Arrels only works in Barcelona and that to achieve that someone gets off the street is not done from one day to the next..

With this warning, we will activate our teams and coordinate with other teams of the city in order to find out if we know the person or not and look for the best way to tackle the situation. It’s a slow process, so, if you continue seeing the person on the street, don’t get frustrated.
