Stage 3 Fitness is not your average gym. Our approach to fitness is simple yet very effective. We work together. We are not a quick fix/fad diet type of program and we are nowhere close to your extremely repetitive groupexercise class. Our staff is dedicated to you and your progression. Each time you walk through the doors you will be presented with a new fitness challenge for the day. No workout is the same. Our proven group-based method incorporates suspension trainers and medicine balls which combine core strengthening and total body burn, kettle bells, dumbbells, and bumper plate systems used for toning and muscular strength, battling ropes and rowers to maximize fat burn and sky-rocket your metabolism, and resistance bands to firm, tone, tighten and sculpt your entire body like never before.
