• No longer need to travel with printed tickets, this innovative app offers m-ticket downloads and stores your loyalty card
• The app also gives real time information regarding delays as well as details for instance departure and arrival platforms
• Designed to be user friendly, SNCF Direct automatically displays loyalty members’ tickets or allows user to manually add trips, and check what services are available on board and in the station.
• After the journey and if delays have occurred, the user is able to check if he is eligible for any compensation
