We’re on a quest to reduce the food wasted on New Zealand grounds, one meal at a time. After realising just how much perfectly fine food is tossed into the bins from sushi restaurants at the end of the day, we thought about how we could solve this problem. On our journey, we discovered that it wasn’t just sushi restaurants - cafes, restaurants, bakeries, especially buffets and supermarkets! - we have a whole industry of food waste!
