PhoneTools is a new application available on the Salesforce AppExchange which integrates your cell phone to your online Salesforce org. Giving you the ability to easily call and SMS message Leads, Accounts & Contacts all from within Salesforce.

A call and text icon will appear next to all numbers which will then instantly perform the action on your device when selected. With the ability to have multiple devices per user, PhoneTools can be used on tablets, cell phones, multimedia desktop phones and more!

Save time and increase productivity in your Salesforce org.
