The app has been built to be easy to use for giving relevant data to you and helping you upload relevant data into the app. It does not directly give you health advice.
In order to use the app you should receive a code or a link from your health & wellness professional which you can use to setup the app. If you do not have a code, you can even create and share your own by visiting obschart.com
