My Lifestory Book Home Edition.

My Lifestory Book is a personal journal and life story application, it's generally used by health care professionals with family or Friends of Patients in hospital or long term care.

The Lifestory Book Home Edition has been created as a companion application to the My Lifestory Book found on the DART units in many hospitals and care Homes all over the UK.

Family and Friends can create, modify and edit the Life Story book belonging to a loved who is in hospital or care.

You can create a Life Story Book or Journal with as many pages as you wish with up to 6 images per page (simple template select), you can also attach a short recorded video clip and attach a music track to each page too.

Pages and be organised and re-arranged and a printed book can be created from your journal.

Pages can be private with hidden text

Please Note:

My Lifestory Book, Home edition will not operate as an application on its own, the user account must be create by the health care professional or carer on the DART System or Carers Companion Software and Tablet.

Once created, the health care professional or carer can pass on the User name and Password.

My Lifestory Book, Home edition will require the Username and Password to log in.

This application requires a live internet connection to work.

This application is designed for Tablet devices from 7” to 24” and is not recommended for Phones or tablets with a screen size less than 7”

We recommend a tablet size of 8” to 10”
