It’s no surprise that many athletes and fitness fans choose high protein diets. Protein helps to build muscle mass while preventing losing muscle mass due to aging processes. Protein makes your bones stronger and boosts tissue regeneration.

Protein diet is good for how easy it is to follow and adapt to your personal food preferences. When we speak about protein, we mostly imagine meats and dairy products. However, it’s not the only best protein food. Even vegetarians and vegans can easily follow this kind of diet. Among high protein foods there are almonds, oats, broccoli, tuna, quinoa, lentils, pumpkin seeds, all kinds of seafood and many others.
