Adds an icon on the screen which floats above all other screens. Can be dragged and moved around as wished.
An example to show how ChatHeads for Facebook works.
Press Start to start the service and Stop to stop the service.
This is just an example project. App is open source and source code can be found on https://github.com/eatheat .
