apsiQuest is a mobile survey & data collection application that lets users create their own surveys and gather responses using Android tablets without an Internet connection.

apsiQuest is extremely easy to use, customizable, secure, and can turn your tablet into a kiosk. It’s the perfect tool for field research, customer feedback, audits, inspections, or any type of data collection.

KEY FEATURES

- It’s a tablet based app. Program surveys on the web & download to a tablet device.

- Hot Answer feature – Setup critical questions as hot answers and receive notification to many email id’s, as soon as a negative feedback is received on these questions.

- The customer feedback collected on tablet devices works in offline mode (Without Internet Connection) and in online mode (With internet Connection).

- Reports are refreshed automatically and the stakeholders can look at real time reports (Dashboards).

- View and analyze collected data anywhere in real-time, when the tablet is connected to the internet, and download in CSV or Excel formats.All reports can be viewed via a reporting link, which would be provided by us.

- Custom reports can be created, based on requirements.

Customer database (Email ID’s & Phone Numbers) is retained and can be downloaded. This can be used for running promotions.
