A little game about TAPS

This is a silly little game I pulled together when our twin bubs were diagnosed with TAPS.

You play both bubs in an endless runner, tapping each side of the screen to turn the respective bub. The aim of the game is to swim through the womb, picking up as many red blood cells as possible - the bubs will grow bigger and faster as the pregnancy goes on.

Be warned though, if one bub is gobbling up more red blood cells than the other, the second bub will become anemic, slowing down and staying small. See how far you can carry them through term, and share your high scores on the leaderboard.
