This Attendance Management Application is designed to provide location-based attendance tracking for employees.

Key Features & Workflow

1.⁠ ⁠Secure Login & Device Binding

•⁠ ⁠Users are required to log in using their assigned credentials.

•⁠ ⁠During the first successful login, the application automatically maps the user account with the unique ID.

•⁠ ⁠Once mapped, the account cannot be accessed from another device unless the Unique ID is reset by the administrator, ensuring enhanced security and preventing unauthorized access.

2.⁠ ⁠OTP Verification

•⁠ ⁠After entering login credentials, users must complete OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

•⁠ ⁠The OTP is sent to the user’s registered mobile number for secure authentication.

•⁠ ⁠Upon successful verification, users gain access to the application dashboard.

3.⁠ ⁠Location-Based Attendance System

•⁠ ⁠Users must enable their device location services to continue using attendance features.

•⁠ ⁠The application fetches the user’s current location in real time.

Check-In Process

•⁠ ⁠When the user taps the Check-In button, they are redirected to the map screen.

•⁠ ⁠The system verifies whether the user is within the authorized geofence area.

•⁠ ⁠If the user is inside the approved location boundary, the attendance check-in is successfully recorded.

Check-Out Process

•⁠ ⁠Similarly, during check-out, the user is redirected to the map screen again.

•⁠ ⁠The application revalidates the user’s location against the defined geofence.

•⁠ ⁠Users can only complete check-out if they are within the authorized location.
