Abduct the passengers - be careful to pick the right colors!
Fly around the town and abduct the citizens. At the start of each level, you will get the instructions from your mothership showing you the amount of citizens you need to abduct. Be careful: your spaceship has limited capacity so you need to make sure you abduct the correct colors only!
