This application is intended to serve as a yoga guide.

This application is intended to serve as a yoga guide for the students who learned yoga from me. Since yoga is never considered cryptic, I am releasing this application to public instead of restricting it to my students. It contains a sequence of yoga exercises(Asanas)which I recommend to my students to perform. For each asana, there is a picture description section, point wise step description and the benefits acquired. This application will be modified in due course of time to encourage interested students to practice healthy yogic lifestyle. Thank you for your interest.
