1MIC is the convergence of platforms, working systems, administration and operations for civil servants, public employees and employees of an agency or organization.

News Feed: A channel that brings personalized news, announcements, and newly released documents to users. Users can interact with the stories that appear on the message board such as commenting, expressing feelings about the news, commenting or re-sharing these stories. In addition, this is also a place to summarize information about each individual's meeting schedule, weekly work schedule as well as statistics on tasks and documents that need to be monitored or handled.

Group Activity: This is where the list of all groups the user is in. Users can view the activities of a group after joining that group. In addition, users can create posts and interact with other members of the group.

Notification center: Any related activities or important news are notified to users through the application's notification center.

Integration of other applications: 1MIC integrates many mini-apps to connect to pre-deployed systems.
