[App description]

This app utilizes the smartphone's CV (Computer Vision: technology that allows computers to recognize objects). When you take a picture of a license plate with a smartphone camera, it recognizes the Korean characters and numbers on the license plate and records them in our (service provider) database. It is immediately confirmed whether the vehicle is a resident's vehicle or a registered vehicle by comparing it with the list of resident-registered vehicles contained in the server. If the vehicle is found to be illegally parked, a no-parking violation sticker can be attached to the vehicle using a portable printer sold separately. However, all residents' vehicles must be registered in the app to know whether they are a resident vehicle or a registered vehicle.

[Two important features of the app]

1) In the case of apartment complexes that receive our company's (service provider) IoT parking control service, "Internet Blocker" service, we also check when the vehicle was entered, whether it is a registered vehicle or an unregistered external vehicle. In addition, if a visitor pass has been issued, the remaining visit time and time exceeding the visit pass designated time can be checked, and blacklist registration is possible on the spot.

The reason why this is possible is because when receiving the “Internet Blocker” service, vehicle entry and exit records are linked together with the registered vehicle database for vehicle search in the apartment. However, in the case of apartments that do not receive our “Internet Blocker” service, we do not have records of entry into the apartment by registered or visiting vehicles, so we cannot show the time of entry and whether or not the visit permit is valid.

Meanwhile, the 'Parking Enforcement' app has a 'voice recognition' function and an automatic recognition (automatically takes a picture and recognizes the license plate number when the smartphone camera is held near the license plate) to support the parking enforcement work of elderly men at the apartment management office. provide. This is to prevent misrecognition due to people having difficulty pressing the camera button or shaking hands. In situations where it is difficult to take a snapshot, the license plate number can be entered by voice. Of course, in the case of the 'Voice Recognition' function, since Google's voice recognition function is used, misrecognition may occur, and in this case, you can directly correct it by touching.

2) This app has a very special sharing function.

If you have been repeatedly parking illegally in your apartment, you can register this as a blacklist.
