一進APP先輸入身高,體重,即可以得到BMI值,現代人都不太清楚自己的BMI到底是多少,所以這樣可以快速地得知,在清單按鍵裡有4種體重,在運動30分鐘後會消耗多少卡洛里,有較常見的慢走,快走,慢跑,籃球,羽球,游泳,爬樓梯,排球等,各體重每30分鐘消耗的卡洛里數都有明確標示,輕輕一按一可得知。
