The platform aspires to be the reliable and fast source for all important information and news in the field of services - public and private, as it seeks through its work towards achieving an added value to the reality of services through an innovative vision that contributes to saving a lot of time and effort.

The project was launched in 2019 with a pioneering youth idea that seeks to spread a culture of innovation to serve the human being, only one year later to win the award for the best project within the Entrepreneurship Center at the Damascus Chamber of Commerce.

The Smart Window application includes the following features:

- Business Directory and it contains the most important service companies of all kinds (technical companies - design and marketing companies - training and education centers - legal advice - tourism and travel, banks and other service providers).

Papers required for public transactions and services (civil affairs transactions - passport transactions - flag service and other transactions)

- Job opportunities, their dates, and the supporting documents needed to apply for them (international organizations - private companies - government competitions).

Electronic services provided by public authorities.

- The most important events, exhibitions and conferences in Damascus and Syria.

- A service store that allows the possibility of requesting a variety of services (e-store development and programming - design and marketing - sworn translation services - typesetting and printing services, etc.).
