He is Sheikh Ahmed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Suleiman Al-Ajmi. Ahmed Al-Ajmi was born on (February 24, 1968) in the city of Al-Khobar in Saudi Arabia. He is married and has six children: Abdullah, Omar, Fatimah, Maryam, Modi and Abdul Rahman.

Education and grades:

- He studied primary school at Al-Muhammadiyah School in Al-Khobar Al-Janoub

- He studied middle school at Al-Zubair Ibn Al-Awam Intermediate School in Al-Khobar South.

- He studied secondary school at Al-Khobar Secondary School in Al-Khobar (Workers City).

- In 1412 AH, he obtained a bachelor's degree from the Department of Sharia at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Al-Ahsa Governorate in the Eastern Province.

He received his master's degree from Lahore State University in Pakistan.

He obtained his PhD degree with an excellent grade in interpretation in a thesis entitled ((Menat al-Ali al-Qadeer in Explanation of the Methods of Interpretation)).

His reading of the Qur'an:

- Sheikh Ahmed Al-Ajmi is a reciter of the Noble Qur’an with the narration of Hafs from Asim. He is one of the most famous reciters in the Islamic world and is distinguished by his good voice and beauty of recitation. He starred in the Imamate and reciting the Holy Qur’an since he was 17 years old. The first mosque in which he prayed was the Mosque of Al-Izz bin Abdul Salam, and two years later he assumed the Imamate at the Great Mosque in the city of Al-Khobar.
