Remembrance of sleep are sayings that we repeat every day before going to sleep. The virtue of remembrance was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. “And remember your Lord within yourself with humility and fear and without speaking aloud in the morning and evening, and do not be of the heedless.”

* Closeness to God Almighty, so the Muslim who always remembers God Almighty is closer to Him, as stated in the Qudsi hadith: “If he remembers Me in himself, I mentioned him to myself, and if he remembers Me in an assembly, I mentioned him in an assembly better than him.”
