Vitesse Running uses advanced AI technology to generate a personalised running plan just for you. Set your target, your desired training days and level of running experience, and allow the Coach to create your training plan.
If you skip a workout, Coach will adjust your plan automatically based on your past activities. Track your time, distance, speed, burned calories and other stats with the Vitesse Running.

- Basic Endurance Run - if your training peaks in the beginning, then you should start here. This run will challenge you just enough and push your body to burn fat.
- Speed Endurance Run - these runs are meant to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance.
- Strength Endurance Run - start to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Push your body to the limit with short, high-intensity runs.
- Recovery Run - at last, this is a fun run! During this time, your body recovers from tough workouts and you build endurance as you go.
