The app offers free follow-ups that can help you improve your mental health, and you will be able to feel the improvement as days go on.

In the conversations, you will have evaluations of your mood, teachings on emotional issues and practical tips such as: meditation techniques, gratitude, breathing and relaxation, following our main lines of care - all suited to your own needs.

A team of multidisciplinary professionals creates conversations with scientific foundations, together with a team of psychologists who uses Behavioral Cognitive Therapy as a way to approach issues.
