Once a corporate is registered on the system, their team members can download this free app and start using the system immediately. Venture-easy has been especially designed to suit the transportation needs of busy corporate executives as the app enables the user to book, locate on a map, re-schedule, or manage all future rides.

The key features of this app are:

1. Convenience of selection of pickup address through various options:

a. On a Map: Based on GPS/GPRS location services, the app identifies the existing user location. To make the pick-up address accurate, the address that is populated in the text box can be edited.

b. Home and office location can be saved to make the booking quicker.

c. The ‘Nearby’ option on the app may be used if any address from the previous 5 bookings is close by.

d. Multiple addresses of frequently used locations can be added in the ‘Favourites’ for quick bookings in the future.

e. A new pickup address can be entered in the ‘Enter New’ section.

2. Selection of drop-off location is made faster by using the same Home/Office/Airport/Favorites tags or by typing the area name.

3. Once the cab is assigned, the user can view their cab by real time tracking on a map, along with an estimated time of arrival.

4. They user has the option to call the cab driver directly from the App.

5. Once the cab-ride has started, the user can see real-time route information on a map with estimated time of arrival at the destination.

6. Once the trip ends, the user may rate the service on the app and get both a paper receipt and an e-receipt for the trip.

7. The app user is able to check details of previous bookings, including his fare details in each location.

8. The app offers the user an option to book both at Venture-Easy and at Venture-Easy Plus.

9. The app user gets notifications for various alerts like booking confirmation, cab and driver details, and the rating given to his cab by previous users.
